The 87-26 co-extrusion solution is an option in the production of linked sausages using a casing holding device. Classic cooked sausage or fresh sausage products in collagen or peel-off casing can also be filled with a low-viscosity inner product. Also in combination with AL PLH 216.

The 87-36 Koex kit model is particularly suited for sausage products with viscous inner products. Sausages such as cooked sausages or cocktail sausages are reliably filled and linked using the casing holding device. Also possible in combination with the PLH 216 linking and hanging line.
